How the allowances work
A standard matter is one everyday document — an employment contract, an NDA, a privacy policy, a demand letter. A complex matter is bespoke, heavily negotiated, or multi-round work. Standard matter and document review allowances refresh monthly; complex matter allowances refresh quarterly. Anything beyond them, or outside the retainer, is handled at a preferential member rate. Prices exclude VAT and disbursements; a 7.5% VAT is added and the total is shown at checkout.
